What about Shaggy and his smash hits such as Bombastic, one may wonder. We, I do not consider Shaggy as a Dancehall DJ but a cross over pop artist but the distinction is blur and subjective. At any rate, without qualifications, Shaggy is one of Jamaica's top ambassadors of Dancehall Reggae Music and woul be rated near the top, it not for my selection definition criteria |
